Super excited to be teaching a Pilates class for @flowsandmeows to support rescue cats and kittens find their forever homes!

Many of you will know that I've been involved with cat rescue in Dubai for over 5 years now and that I have two rescue cats myself.

You may also know (or not) that this year I've trained as a Pilates teacher, after over 5 years of yoga teaching... And yes, 2019 was a formative year!

Join me for an all-levels Pilates class, with bonus purrs - no previous Pilates experience is required.

- new fave place - @pausdxb has a lovely community and food/coffee are delish and reasonably priced
